This is to inform you that i had already loss my job and i have one credit card from SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt Ltd. my credit limit Rs.*****/- in lockdown period my credit card bill goes high amount due non paying interest but in month of August **** i had received legal letter from SBI CARD for Rs.****/- minimum payment and i had already paid Rs.****/- then again they are harrasing in call and home visit for collecting for due amount then i paid Rs.*****/- dt.**.**.**** my credit limit Rs.*****/- and amount goes Rs.******/- i am daily giving call to settle my account but they could not taking any action and amount was always goes to high.
So i request you kindly take immidiate action in SBI cards
