Zaitoo - Charging for parking vehicles

Why is the parking charges being asked from customers? They are very rude towards the people. They added that money will be refunded. This is not what customers expect. Today March ** , I had a very bad experience. He is fighting with me for the parking charges. What the hotel is doing???? Where do the customers park??? Is this the right way of treating customers?????? Security guards and people in parking illiterates people. What is the necessary of establishing your hotel here in this place??? Is this to ill treat.????
