Shiraz alam filed complaint against big bazaar (future retail ltd.) on May 20, 2019
I bought some stuff from the big bazaar jiske liye unhone ek carry bag diya. Carrybag ka price ** Rs hume pay karna pada.
Note:- carry bag ko invoice slip me plain cotton cloth ke naam se mention kiya hua hai. We underlined it.
As per Haryana court decision koi shop ya maal apne customer se carry bag ke liye charge nhi kar sakta.
