Sir, Due to Pandamic i lost earning and availed moratorium with Sundaram Home finance for my two Home loans. After that they have forced me to pay EMi i sold one property and settled the dues of other and started paying the EMI via online due to my bank account has been with negative balance. I have made several request to cancel my ECS and avoid hidden charges even though i have been paying EMI well before the due date. But they are not ready to accept my request and after collecting my EMI they are charges ECS charges as well, from August **** and till date the hidden charges are Rs.*****/- Kindly help me and guide me to have the justice.
