Axis Bank Baghapurana - Charges not refunded

On *-Feb-**** Rs.*** deducted from my Saving Account for new Debit Card which I never applied, on **-Feb I visited the branch and asked why new card is issued while I already have a debit card, employee immediately deactivated the new card, on **-Feb I got an SMS that new card is received by somebody, I called the employee who told not to worry, on **-Feb I gave a written complaint to refund the amount. Bank Manager agreed that sometimes it gets applied automatically, he instructed his employee for necessary actions, meanwhile the new debit card was found in the bank, but SMS was saying that I received it, bank employee tried to give the card to me but I refused to receive and asked for refund. On **-Mar I again visited and asked that refund is not issued till date, again Manager promised to refund in the same day, but the employee (who took necessary detail on **-Feb) told that the previous refund request was declined because the card was applied by me from some popup while using ATM, also he said that he applied again, but can't say for refund.
