I have purchased story tv's trial period on **th January **** and accepted autopay for trial basis, and the next day that is one **th January ****, i have cancelled my premium subscription from the app. It says my response have been recorded, however they still have charged me *** for the whole month. I have not approved of this payment and would like my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
