Borzo WeFast - Charged twice

Had booked Wefast order no N***** . The name of the delivery boy was RajThakkar. Mobile number **********. The Wefast was book from Mangalore store Jawahar Nagar to Malad. Had selected payment through wallet. But this also took money from the receiver of the package. So I was charged Ra.*** by way of debit to my wallet and **/- he took from the receiver of the parcel. This has been a common complaint with BORZO. Kindly look into it on a high priority
