I paid in cash to the driver at the end of ride. Ola app still showed as payment pending so had to pay again. On reaching out to Ola support, the service people asked the driver if he was paid and he denied which was their method of validation which is absurd because despite I showed proofs they dismissed that and closed the ticket. Tried thrice with * different customer support agents and the same repeated. The ride costed ****rs. and I ended up paying ****rs.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
