Cream California - Charged twice for the same product

I had purchased Chocolate Mastani Plain and Belgium Chocola Scoop from "Cream California" on **-Aug-**** , at around **:** IST.
The total cost for the two products was *** rupees and the payment was done at POS using the Debit card. However the seller ( Cream California) charged the amount twice.
Ref Txn Numbers:
*. **** - for this I had been provided with the printed slip
*. **** - for this transaction no hard copy of payment proof was generated through POS machine.
Later I checked in my linked account and found that I have been charged twice for the same bill.
I have tried to contact them on the official registered contact number but no response.
