LAVANYA filed complaint against Apollo 24 7 on Oct 1, 2022
I regularly book lab tests through the Apollo ** * app. Last time, I tried to book four tests from the app, including RFT/KFT and Cretenine serum. The RFT test already includes the creatinine serum. However, the app is unable to identify it. As a result, I have paid twice for the same report. Of course, the test names are unknown to the patients. It is their responsibility as a diagnostic center to inform us.. that this will be covered in this test and does not require.. They should have appeared as a warning message in a popup message at the very least. Simply put, they claim we are not accountable. No, they're saying they can't do anything for orders that have already been completed. How many patients are being harmed as a result of this app?
