Super Oyo Hr Inn near City Centre Salt Lake - Charged twice for booking

Hi Team,

This is regarding booking AO*G****.

I booked a room for * person for * day, ** March **** - ** March ****, refer toh the attached email for the confirmation booking for * person and payment for * person amounting to Rs. ****.**

The hotel owner said the booking was only for *, they have internally communicated with the the Oyo and change my booking person from * to *.

I contacted the Area manager of saltlake Mr. Lokesh nath, contact number - **********, he said that we will amend the guest from * to * person and you have to pay new booking amount - Rs. ****.** now and we will adjust and refund the extra amount paid and I paid Rs. ****.**, refer to the screen shot attached

When I contacted the Area manager he said that the refund will be credited to your source account within ** days and said tha we have send email for the changes made and for the refund amount to Oyo.

It has been near around * month yet I have not received the refund.

Now, the Area manager of Oyo said that it will take more * days to refund the amount in your source account.

Kindly, check the matter and refund the money to sources account by this week.
