I recently experienced an issue with baggage charges during my travel with Indigo, and I would like to provide my experience. When I initially purchased tickets for two people, they were under the same PNR. However, at the counter, I was charged extra for baggage weight, and it seemed that the PNR had been split without clear notification.
I understand that circumstances may lead to PNR splits, but the lack of communication about this change and the subsequent extra charges were quite disconcerting. I believe that better transparency in such matters would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request clarification on the PNR split and the associated baggage charges. Improving communication in these situations will undoubtedly contribute to a more positive customer experience.
