On **/**/** I had purchased fortune * litres of oil which is MRP ***/- but metro has charged me Rs ***/- & lifebuoy hand wash ***ml Tag price is Rs *** but charged me Rs ***/- i tried reaching metro cash & carry by phone but no response so went directly to store but no manager is available only supervisor attended & said once billing is done he or any one others couldn't do anything & just said sorry, i clearly showing the Product MRP & Bill asked on what bases they are charging extra & i asked for the justice but no proper response from metro cash & carry, i had left my details with phone number to reach the store manager but after **hr also there is no response from the manager or metro cash & carry.
