Store 99 - Charged money for paper bag

Today i.e **th of April, **** I visited Store ** shop which is in Pacific Mall, Dehradun for purchasing chocolates, sanitizer etc. The net bill amount was Rs.*** including Rs. ** charged for the paper bag. As I am a law student and go through cases where compensation was made to a consumer by BATA of Rs.**** for charging Rs.* for the paper bag.
If we are talking about that everyone should be eco- friendly and adopt *R then how one can ask for money just for a paper bag even after purchasing items from the same shop.
Therefore I need compensation for the mental agony suffered and any other if the court allows.
