V R logistics Packers and Movers - Charged for service but did not rendered the service promised

I had requested VR logistics to help me with courier of my two wheeler bike. They initially confirmed a charge of Rs. **** out of which **** as advance and rest once vehicle is delivered. They picked up my vehicle from my home address and packed it at their ware house. Later when they shared receipt for the payment-they had added additional **** rs for insurance changes to which I opposed and requested them to return the bike. They have done that but did not returned the amount that I had paid them. Now they are not responding to calls also.
