Radheshyam filed complaint against Easyday on Apr 24, 2019
As per the Chandigarh's Customer Forum's latest decision, the companies should not charge for the cloth bag which the give especially for the ones having done their advertisement. I told the same to EasyDay's staff but they said that it is companies policy and cannot do anything in that. After a lot of arguments, I finally had to pay for the carry bag. It has to be treated as a case of deficiency of services and way to extract false money from customers like me.
