Sir,
As I am aware that any shop/outlet cannot charge any extra money for the carry bag they are providing to their client that too with their branding. So I requested Easyday Club outlet situated near Bhetapara Chariali not to charge for the carry bag, but they denied and misbehalved verbally. The incident was on ** Aug ****. I am enclosing the picture of the bill as well as the carry bag with their branding as evidence. Requesting you to take appropriet action against this outlet at your earliest.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
