Vishal Mega Mart - Charged for carry bag

I shopped for ****.** Rs from Vishal mega mart at Tolichowki. At billing counter person ask me if I need a plastic bag I asked him is it with brand print or without the brand, he said with brand print.
I reminded him they are not supposed to charge costumers with brand carry bags. He said we will not follow govt rules we only follow what our boss says. That man with a rude tone in front of other consumers told me to take it or leave it. I had my daughter with me she was scared of his tone and everyone were looking at us it was embarrassing for me. So I asked the price for the bag he said * Rs and * Rs I ask him to the small size he still charged me * Rs on the bill. I want action against such staff who doesn't respect women customers and Vishal mega mart owner should follow the rules and costumers service.
