"I am filing this complaint against Story TV app for unauthorized/accidental autopay deduction of ₹*** from my KVB Bank account on **th February **** via UPI (Merchant UPI ID: storytv.cfp@cashfreensdlpb , Last payment completed on **th Feb **** at **:** PM). My UPI Ref no: ************
I did not intend to continue the subscription, and I immediately cancelled the subscription on **th February **** (proof attached: screenshot showing 'AutoPay Cancelled') on storytv. Despite the quick cancellation, the amount was deducted without my explicit consent for renewal.
This seems to be a misleading autopay practice as the deduction happened shortly after any trial (if applicable). I have contacted Story TV support (email: support@storytv.asia) but received no resolution or refund yet.
I request:
Full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method (UPI/Bank account).
Confirmation that no further deductions will occur.
Any applicable compensation for the inconvenience.
Attached evidence: cancelled subscription confirmation . Please resolve this urgently." I am not well and had kept the money in my bank for my medical treatment please refund my money urgently.
