I HAVE BOOKED A ROOM THROUGH FOR * PERSONS AND ONE OF THEM TESTED +VE FOR COVID WHICH IS THE REASON I CANCELED THE BOOKING. I WAS CHARGED COMPLETELY ALONG WITH TAXES.
I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND AMOUNT, CONTACTED THE PARK MORE THAN ** TIMES AND THEY ARE SAYING MULTIPLE RESPONSES AND NOT GIVING ANY CONFIRMATION. I SPOKED WITH BOOKING.COM AS WELL AND THEY HAVE SHARED AN EMAIL TO THE PARK HOTEL TO PROCESS THE SAME
Gowtham from refund/cancellation (some team which they didn't specify) promised refund and I have all call recordings.
THEY ARE RESPONDING RUDELY AND DISCONNECTING CALLS AND AFTER HAT NOT ANSWERING CALLS FROM MY NUMBER BUT ANSWERING FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS and I have all call recordings.
IF THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED, I WOULD LIKE TO GO LEGALLY REGARDING THIS.
