We have been charged twice for the package from this fraudulent company. We were tired after a night long travel from shillong and we fell into their trap. Room pictures shown is different from the one which the actually provided us.
When we asked for refund on the first day itself, they denied it by saying they don't have such policy.
They have been making tourist fell into their trap and making Sikkim tourism a worst memory for travellers. Strict action needed on these such companies
