Voda Idea Limited - Charged extra for services not requested by me

In Apr'** I requested to port out from Vodafone Idea services since I was facing network connectivity issues. The Vi retention team kept calling me several times a day to convince me to cancel the port out request. After I sternly refused to cancel the port out request, the Vi representative activated a premium RedX plan of Rs. *** for my number. As a result of this, now Vi is asking me to pay Rs. **** for using the Redx plan. Please note that Redx plan has exit charge of Rs. ****. This is extremely disturbing since they have been harassing me to complete payment of Rs. ****. Why should I pay for services that I did not request to activate from my end? Why will I request a premium plan when I have requested to port out from Vi? Please help me.
