DMart Miyapur Hyderabad - charged extra amount

On April *, **** I purchased some items from DMart Miyapur branch and I have purchased one Kellogs Chocos packet and * Gold drop oil packets but the billing person has charged for two Kellogs Chocos packs and * other Gold drop oil packets each price is some ***.** each. when I approached them one person took my details and said they will resolve in couple of days and I have been calling them and he is not answering my call...same this has happened last year too. the biller swiped my SBI card twice and took some *** Rs from me and when asked they asked me to check with SBI bank and when I approached SBI bank they said the amount never got to bank....is this how you guys do business. I believe DMart has a reputation across the country and stealing consumer's money like this I believe is not the right way of doing business. can anyone help me on this??
