Icc Network - Charged extra amount

With reference to TRAI channel selection basis, I had selected the channel and paid the amount accordingly. However, from last month Laxmi cable started collecting extra RS **/- stating government has increased the amount of channel from last month. It was really strange how the government can increase the rate within one month. Apart from this if any set-top box problem occurs they charged separately, some Muslim people operating this cable network and they treat the customer like extortion. The authorities should look into this matter.
