Our family went for a dinner in radisson blu udaipur,
*. We ordered * mineral water bottles along with food of mrp rs. ** each (bisleri company it was )and they have charged for it as rs. *** +**% gst+ *% service charge of per bottle.
*. They have charged *% service charge.i.e. rs. ***.* after charging **% gst... as I have already given tip to there waiters I denied for paying this charge . But they said it is compulsory to pay the service charge *% along with gst.
*.we ordered * plates of gadbad paneer tikka in starter and they charged fof it as rs. **** +**%gst+*% service charge.. but after paying this much amount they have serve us the paneer which is not fresh at all. If is not spongy or soft. It is actually tight in nature .. and it is seems that it is been kept in there kitchen for several days and after that it was served to us.. my wife was doing vomiting after we reached home.
