I was trying to book a stay on Dec *-**th **** and found a hotel through Agoda. I have used Agoda earlier when we go through all the hotel booking process from the beginning and until completion, receive the booking ID/confirmation too without signing in to their webpage. This time as per usual I was on the payment page, completed payment and got charged Rs. ****.** but the page did not refresh - no booking ID, no confirmation. I called up the hotel directly to check if they received any info, they haven't either. I am unable to reach Agoda through any platform because they require a booking ID mandatory to proceed further, which I don't have. It's been * days since the charge and no refund yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
