Nadiya parao - Charged at hotel tor towel cleaning

We were charged by a hotel for a dirty towel. We went for a wedding at Nadiya Parao Hotel in Ramnagar. During checkout the hotel manager said that the towel we used was very dirty, so you have to pay Rs. *** for a new towel.
We tried to argue, but the manager got rude with me and my wife. So we decided to pay at the time.
But we feel duped by them.
I have the attached the payment receipt.
