I rented a car on * sep **** at zoom car till * sep **** **:** pm it’s already late so I extended my booking to * sep **** , through the zoom car application, so morning * sep **** *:**am I tried to start the vehicle to drop off at location , Vehicle is not Starting - first off alI I didn’t understand why that happened - next I tried to contact customer care - it took *hr to get connected - after getting connected I asked them about this - they replied me - that ur extension has been canceled automatically- because of not making the payment -
So I asked them I wasn’t informed I extended the booking - and I thought of paying throug online in the morning of *th sep **** -
So I asked if so u need to inform me through the message or the call - so no Information till the morning of *sep **** - with any information they charged and immobilised the vehicle also
So I asked them - do mobilise the vehicle so that I can drop it off at the location and I will pay the extension charges also — they said me that I need to pay the late fee charges also that is **** /- I’ve said I already
Extended my booking through the Zoom car app, you have no authority to cancel my extension with out proper information - no call or text or any kind of effort made by zoom car customer care team till the morning of * sep **** - it’s a clear sign of robing the customer with of intimating them
Please take proper action against this organisation
