Cash bean - Charged 2800 RS extra penalty for 14 days delayed payment

I took a mini loan from cash bean of **** and my repayment was due on **th December but I ended up paying on *rd January and the delay was around ** days and I ended up paying a total of **** when the repayment was only ****..when I called Cash Bean before making payment from my registered mobile number to enquire about such high penalties, the executive was arrogant and used slangs and asked me to pay **** instead of **** and I agreed and then he told me to go to cash bean app and find the account details and asked me to update him after the payment, he said remaining *** will be pardoned but after making the payment of **** he updated only **** and *** was still pending, and when I called him back asking him to clear the loan, he refused and demanded me to pay ***..He cheated me and he said it's your wish to pay *** or not , because if you don't pay penalties would still increase and loan will not be closed until you pay them remaining *** RS..I was cheated here and I'm very disappointed that I paid **** in total and deleted the app as the service was really horrible and No other loan vendor charges penalties as high as CASH BEAN, CASH BEAN should be sacked forever and govt should stop them from looting the people by charging high penalties
