My name is Pawan Bansal and my account in the oriental bank of commerce transport Nagar. My transaction is failed in atm/cash deposit machine due to connectivity lost and my money is not refunded. I complain to the bank and bank atm in charge himself check the atm condition and fill chargeback form. I round and round bank continuously but my money is not refunded. The bank has cash access report, CCTV photo age, easily transaction failed proof but the bank is not ready to refund my money back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
