I visited P & M Mall on the **th of Feb at approximately *.** pm and entered the Big Bazaar premises at roughly *.** PM. After shopping for commodities amounting to a total of ***.** INR, I was forced to pay Rs.** extra for the carry-bag they were supposed to provide. Moreover, a staff of the chain started arguing and misbehaving with me when I raised my objection on the matter. I was accompanied by family, including kids, who were waiting for me outside the premises.
