icici bank - charge for fraudulent transaction

I received a call on ** feb ****. they said that the are from icici bank. They said that I have some unredeemed points in my credit card and told me to fill my details on a website. After filling the details, my credit card for charged with *****. I immediately informed the bank about the fraud. I also informed flipkart where the transaction was done. I also registered complaint on cyber cell ****. Inspite of all this icici bank charges my credit card on ** april **** and told me to pay the amount. Rbi has clear guidelines in this regard. It says if the fraud is reported within * days, then even if unknowingly OTP is shares, customer cannot be held responsible for the liability. Icici bank is disregarding the RBI guidelines and making me to pay even there is no fault of mine. I feel that the only mistake I have done is that I took credit card of ICici bank.
