I have purchased for around *k +**kfrom zudio twice in * months and everytime they charge for a paper bag
We purchase so many things and still they can’t provide us a bag to carry those things
We will need a bag to carry so many things right we can’t just hold everything in hand and leave
Then why should they charge even after purchasing for thousands and still after billing they ask a weird question like do u need a bag if yes then it is chargeable
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
