I have purchased shopping from vishal mega mart uttarpara
My total amount of shopping approx Rs ****
But company charged me Rs ** for carrybag.
Rs ** per carry bag
But it should not be done
I am customer and company should give service to customers..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

They are changing extra for carry bags with even giving the bill. When I said him for bill. They charged extra *rs with **rs. And give me a bill of another shopping bag with another article number.
