STATE BANK OF INDIA RAJESHWARA PURAM BRANCH - charge back need

i was transferred amount ***** INR using google pay my account sbi rajeswarapuram bank (a/c:***********) money deducted from my account ,receiver don't have bank account he was closing bank account i was transferred unfortunately . my money deducted from my account receiver bank also don't get money because he already closed account

Note: i contact google pay they don't have responsibility to do that
*. Hdfc branch manager we met he told bank account already closed .
*.i travel *** kilometers to my branch they told they also not responsible for *rd party applications.

whom i have to meet and where my money is .
