Himalayan package tours Private limited thru one person Rahul believed to be director of company had taken my booking for Chardham Yatra partly by helicopter on **th March ** for yatra starting **th May.
Advance Payment of ****** was made before **th April ** and Payment confirmation voucher was issued with assurance that by **th May **,all other documents like Yatra registration,hotel vouchers and driver details will be sent.
Have been trying to contact them on given phone nos but no-one is answering,also no reply to email sent.is it possible to send them notice for providing service booked or else refund money.
