Luxmi holidays - Change the route without any information

Bus driver change the route just because they are late and drops me other point from where i am not able to reach my hometown on timely and when i called in Head office of luxmi holidays they also pretending their staff and not giving me any solution just saying we cant do anything and they behaving very route behaviour on call. I want my full refund.
