Himachal pradesh State Electricity Board - Change of name on electricity metres

I Deepak Verma filed an objection regarding change of name of metres of building VERMA COTTAGE BOTHWELL ESTATE NEAR GOVT. COLLEGE SANJAULI SHIMLA.The concerned department changed the name of the metres without giving any intimations to me. I also attached the revenue papers for the above mentioned property which clearly shows that i am also the owner of the above mentioned four storey building. Even the people of the concerned department visited the site and they also came to know about the dispute of the land .I am paying the taxes and the electricity bills of the building from ****.But the department was very careless to their work as they did not intimate me about the objection however they have send a letter to the second party about the objection raised. The department should have intimated me about the change of metres after my objection was raised.
