Fastway Cable Service - Change of bouquet without consent

Hi. I am a subscriber of Fastway Cable network. I've Platinum Package (SD) activated on my STB. On *st April **** Fastway made some changes in the Platinum package. They replaced Viacom**'s bouquet without any consent from consumers. Till **st March **** I was receiving COLORS WALA HINDI FAMILY | MRP: INR **.** in my Platinum package. But After **st March **** I am receiving COLORS WALA HINDI VALUE PLUS SPORTS | MRP: INR **.**. Both bouquets cost the same. My LCO doesn't have any authority to do this. So I filed a complaint to the company. They haven't solved my complaint yet. I've sent several mails to them and now they are not even responding. I've also sent a mail to Viacom** but I don't think they can do anything in this matter. I want Viacom**'s old bouquet on my package & only cable service provider can do this.
