Damro Furniture Private - Chair height issue

I have purchased an office chair, after delivery I have realised that its minimum height is not adjustable to below certain height like other ergonomics chairs, and some defects in the height adjustment as well was there
Within one hour of delivery I have contacted the store as per their direction I went to there as they are not accepting return, I had to look for some alternative.
But I could not find any alternative with same features and less height.
I am not able to use the chair they delivered.
Feel like my money is wasted..
