CESC limited - CESC limited Fraud connection issue forcing for payment for consumer-55030083231

This is reference to consumer number ***********. This connection was issued by cesc limited in name of Paras nath pandey as per cesc limitedbut Paras nath pandey has never applied for any connection. Already a legal connection- consumer number-*********** has taken for the said flat number on his wife name Shail kumari pandey and regularly payment made to cesc limited for consumption.

cesc limited is illegally charging and forcing consumer Paras nath pandey to pay *****.** . Already a letter has been issued to cesc limited and same is attached herewith for your reference. We have not received any response from cesc limited on our query submitted to cesc limited on **th September ****. Again cesc limited reissued the *nd reminder letter. This is totally unlawful and simply creating the pressure on a senior citizen Mr Paras Nath Pandey and hampering his Goodwill by sending the letter. Need your help to sort out this issue because we have not used any electricity for consumer number-***********. Requested cesc limited to do the inquiry and investigation and share the report and finding but till now no response from cesc . Please take an action and help to resolve this issue.
