I have purchased fan and made complaint * times and got repaired in July **** and still the problem not got rectified. I have also made another complaint on se *th **** but still on **th sep no one came to repair it and the customer care talks very rudely. * days ago the repairing company called me that he will come on Sunday but day by day passed and still he did not come even after making me promise to come everyday. In this extremely hot climate I have to suffer from last * months. Meanwhile I have suffered many problems due to extreme hot.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
