C.V.K.Enterprises - CCTV - Incomplete work and Fake Bill

*. Contacted Mr.Chetan from C.V.K.Enterprises for CCTV installation.
He confirmed I will get original bill and work will be completed on **rdJune****, between **-*PM.
But he delayed the work and installation was partially completed by * pm. After taking money he told he is not having the Bill now, so next dat he will come will bill and also remaining work will be completed.But it's almost * month of follow up he has not completed the pending work.After daily calls and SMS he provided a fake bill with different count of cameras and different amount. So not sure even he has installed original product or not. Afterwards he don't pickup calls. Please help me to recover my loss, get my work done and original bills.
