Vidyasagar University - CCAE Vidyasagar University hasn t refunded of the semester fees

I am writing you this mail to inform you that I admitted M.Sc. Zoology (under CCAE) in Vidyasagar University. I paid the *nd semester fees ₹**,*** on **th May **** but after the *st semester result was published, I came to know that I am not eligible for the *nd semester as I failed the *st semester.
Fees Refund Request was made on **th May **** but till now the refund hasn't been initiated to my bank account.
So kindly look into the matter.
