Policy bazar motor insurance - Cashless claim center poor response

I have a policy of my car from the company is Oriental insurance.My car is damage due to a small acciedent.I intimate policy bazar for claim ,they provide me wrong address of service center,invalid contact details of service provider.after many problem I reached the cashless center S.R. auto service,kichha bypass road rudrapur.I met Mr Rohit Chauhan their,after seen my car they said the leave your car and give me your kyc and filled form,i will start the process.I ask him ,how much days will take in this,they said ** to ** days,I surprised।l.I again ask,why so much days taken in this.They said my work on this car only * days by the official process like intimation,approval and DO etc take time.
I want to know that why client suffer for this lengthy process.
It's your internal matter,you can shot out .but they said it's not possible.
I realy not suggest any to take any type of insurance from policy bazar।
.It's service and after sales service is very poor and his cashless service center is totally third class and his staff is also very irrisponsibble.
