I opted for cash loan from Cashe app where the first due date was **st March**. The money got deducted from my bank on the same day via debit mandate without any fail. It's been more than * days they haven't updated the payment and asking me to pay manually again also charging me penalty. When I reached to customer support they behaved so rudely and shouting on me stating we didn't updated your payment since we were on leave and again started shouting . I want a strict action on them
