Lotus Mobiles - Cashback not received

This is Mohammed. I purchased a Vivo mobile phone in Lotus mobiles Hassan showroom and i was promised that I will be getting a cashback of **** Rs within ** days of the purchase.
I still have not received the cashback and I have been visiting the Hassan showroom multiple times and shared the bill and spoke to different people and everytime the only response i am getting is We will check and get back to you and no one has got back to me till now.
Also the staff is very rude and behaving like threatening the customer and shout at customers.
