I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered a laptop in flipkart through topcashback. In website it is said that i will get *% cashback but my cashback is not tracked . Same thing happened when I bought phone also . They are giving cashback for small items (when cashback is less) and they are not giving when cashback is big amount.

It occurred on: ****-**-** (laptop)& ****-**-**(phone)

This meant that I should get ****rs (for laptop) and ***-*** (for mobile) . So totally I lost approx **** rs due to them.

I need my cashback for my transaction
