Samsung India - Cashback due in Dec 2020 not yet received

SHABBIR KHERYWALA filed complaint against Samsung India on Feb 21, 2021

Refrigerator purchased on *nd Sept ****, under cashback for creditcard payment after ** days. Should have received cashback in December. But till date **st Feb I have not received cashback. I have been speaking to customer care since last * months but get the same reply - "We are looking into it", "someone feom VOC team will get in touch with you". But nobody calls back. I have contacted them thru all channels - call, whatsapp, twitter, facebook chat but no resolution provided. The order no. is ***********.
