TAPAN SHAH filed complaint against ICICI Bank Limited on May 2, 2019
I, the undersigned would like to report an incident which occurred to me regarding unauthorized cash withdrawal from NON- ICICI ATM using my ICICI debit card.
The sequence of event is as under:
> On the **th of April ****, I went to NON-ICICI bank ATM to withdraw cash amount of **** Rs.
> After withdrawal I forgot to take my ATM Card inside ATM.
> On **th of April ****, I received an SMS of cash transaction happened in my account of Rs. **** at **:** hrs.
>When I came to know about that I am not having my ATM card with me I immediately sent a "BLOCK" SMS to the number mentioned at **:** hrs ( Screenshot attached).
> I received an SMS saying " We will call you back within ** mins" at **:** hrs (Screenshot Attached).
> Next Morning on ** April **** I received an SMS of cash transaction happened in my account of ***** Rs.
> Immediately again I sent an SMS of "BLOCK" at **:** hrs ( Screenshot Attached).
> Again I received a text saying " We will call you in ** mins" ( Screenshot attached).
> Since after sending the first block message, my card wasn't blocked which lead to another unauthorized transaction.
Hoping to resolve this ASAP and get my money back immediately.
